Madis (Amadeusz Małkowski) is a Polish composer who blends modern sound design with the aesthetics of classic electronic music. He made his production debut with the Ocean Rain EP (2013) following by an electronic cover of the Interstellar film theme, which has surpassed 25 million views on YouTube.
The single Desert Of Lost Souls along with a live music video filmed in the desert, exceeded 15 million views on YouTube and received a remix by Alex M.O.R.P.H, which was featured multiple times on Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance radio show. In 2019, Madis released Carrying The Fire, a track inspired by the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing; it surpassed 10 million views and was included on the compilation In Search Of Sunrise 16. In 2020, he released his debut album Sea of Tranquility, followed by the Hometown EP.
His second album, Sail (2022), expanded his musical palette with elements of classical and rock music, featuring contributions from Kyrah Aylin and Jacek Królik. In 2023, Madis released Plains of Elysium, which is a sequel to Sea of Tranquility. In March 2025 saw the release of Elements of Life, completing his space-themed trilogy. A significant milestone in his career was his collaboration with Finnish artist Kebu, culminating in the single Mentes Determinadas (2025). Later that year, Madis released Reflecte, an album that departs stylistically from his previous work, offering a more emotional and introspective journey inspired by his personal life experiences.
